Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1 cup 100% Pure Pumpkin (canned or fresh cooked)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (lightly packed)
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together all of your ingredients, adding the flour very last.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9X5 loaf pan, and bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes at 350°F.
- Bread is done when you can stick a knife or toothpick through the center and it comes out clean. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
