Instructions
  1. Line an 8X5 in pan with parchment paper
  2. In a quality blender or food processor, grind up your oats into a flour.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, rice crisps, and pretzel pieces before also adding the *peanut butter and *honey.
  4. Press mixture into pan nice a flat and stick in either the fridge or freezer while you prepare the chocolate drizzle.
  5. In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 10 second increments until melted and mixed together.
  6. Remove bars from fridge/freezer and cut into desired sized bars. Drizzle chocolate over the top. And put back in the fridge for 5-10 minutes for chocolate to set. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Note: I like to pre microwave the peanut butter and honey together to make for easier mixing with the dry ingredients.
