Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Pretzel Sticks (Gluten Free & broken up into pieces)
- 1/2 cup Brown Rice Crisps
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoon Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions
- Line an 8X5 in pan with parchment paper
- In a quality blender or food processor, grind up your oats into a flour.
- In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, rice crisps, and pretzel pieces before also adding the *peanut butter and *honey.
- Press mixture into pan nice a flat and stick in either the fridge or freezer while you prepare the chocolate drizzle.
- In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 10 second increments until melted and mixed together.
- Remove bars from fridge/freezer and cut into desired sized bars. Drizzle chocolate over the top. And put back in the fridge for 5-10 minutes for chocolate to set. Enjoy!

*Note: I like to pre microwave the peanut butter and honey together to make for easier mixing with the dry ingredients.
