Gluten Free Stuffing
This recipe turned out amazing. My husband and I aren't big on stuffing, but we couldn't stop eating this stuff. It didn't have to be loaded with too much butter like many other recipes.

Instructions
  1. Slice bread into cubes and dry in the oven at 250°F for about 30 min. Or allow to air dry for several hours.
  2. Slice up onion and celery and cook in a skillet with the butter, followed by seasonings.
  3. When veggies are softened, add bread crumbs and broth give a quick and gentle mix.
  4. Put mixture in a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown at 425°F. Allow a few minutes to cook before serving.
