Instructions
- Slice bread into cubes and dry in the oven at 250°F for about 30 min. Or allow to air dry for several hours.
- Slice up onion and celery and cook in a skillet with the butter, followed by seasonings.
- When veggies are softened, add bread crumbs and broth give a quick and gentle mix.
- Put mixture in a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown at 425°F. Allow a few minutes to cook before serving.
