Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium to large sized bowl. Mixture will be wet and pasty.*
  2. Split dough between 2 cookie sheets and spread out nice and evenly.
  3. Par-bake pizza crusts in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 350°F or until cooked.
  4. Add desired sauce and toppings to your pizzas and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.**
  5. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Dough is very wet as gluten free flours require a bit more water to absorb.

**If you want your toppings to brown you can turn the oven up to 400°F.

Any idea if I can make this pizza ahead of time and freeze them? I like to make pizza ahead of time and freeze them for later use. I’m new to baking for a gluten-free diet and didn’t know if that would work well or if I would be better off just making it fresh always.
Trying to save time when life gets busy:)

    1. Hello, I’ve always made it fresh. I’d imagine that would work just fine. If it’s frozen, you’d just want to adjust cook time by adding 5-10 minutes. Hope that helps!
