Gluten Free Carrot Cake
Tastes Very much like the wheat version with half the sugar!

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all of your dry ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. I find it easiest to mix by hand.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9X13 inch pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 350°F or until cooked in the center.
  4. Allow to cool completely before icing with your favorite cream cheese icing, whether it be home made or store bought. Enjoy!
