- 4 Large Potatoes (diced)
- 6 slices Bacon (cooked & in bits) (or 1 jar bacon bits)
- 3 cups Milk
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 4-6 Green Onions
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2/3 cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
- In a large pot, put in the potatoes, onions, and chicken broth and cook on medium to high heat until potatoes are mostly soft.
- Stir in milk, butter, and flour and cook on medium heat until it starts to thicken.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
