Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour +1/4 tsp xanthan gum* (optional)
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch (could also use tapioca starch or arrowroot powder)
- 1/4 Molasses
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Water

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Mix together to form a dough.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a least an hour before forming into small balls and baking in the oven at 350°F for roughly 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
*My flour mix already has xanthan gum. In this recipe I'm adding an additional 1/4 tsp xanthan gum. It's optional but may give a better chew.
